We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant – Senior, bringing extensive expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), and Fast Formula, complemented by practical experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and Payroll.

Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations using OIC, encompassing HCM adapters, REST/SOAP services, HDL, and HCM Extracts. Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, and payroll documents. Create, validate, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for OTL, Absence Management, and Payroll processes. Provide end-to-end technical support for OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules, collaborating with functional consultants. Develop inbound/outbound interfaces for employee and payroll data. Deliver high-quality solutions across the full SDLC, including testing, deployment, and Hypercare support. Diagnose and resolve integration, reporting, and formula issues, optimizing performance and ensuring timely incident resolution.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience, including at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations, is required. Extensive experience with OIC, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formula is essential. Strong functional and technical understanding of OTL, Absence Management, and Oracle Fusion Payroll is necessary. Proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and Oracle Cloud security is expected. Experience in HCM data migration, conversion, and reconciliation is also required. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must possess a valid passport and be willing to work MENA Shift timings (Sunday to Thursday), with potential for client site work and business travel.
