We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, client-facing experience, and deep industry knowledge to translate business needs into effective Oracle Fusion solutions. Familiarity with Oracle Redwood user experience and AI Agent Studio is also anticipated.

Key responsibilities include leading Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations from requirements to stabilization. You will manage workstream tasks, conduct workshops, and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices. This involves functional fit-gap analysis, configuration, prototyping, and extensive testing.

You will design integrated source-to-pay and supply chain solutions, collaborating with various teams. Preparing high-quality functional designs and training materials is essential. You will also assess and support the adoption of Oracle Redwood UX and identify use cases for Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, ensuring responsible AI practices are followed. Supporting SIT, UAT, and driving defect resolution are also core duties.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant Oracle SCM and Procurement experience, with at least two end-to-end ERP implementations, including one in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, is required. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts) and at least one core SCM area (Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, etc.) is crucial.

Hands-on experience with source-to-pay processes, enterprise structures, and Oracle Redwood UX is necessary. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and its configuration concepts is also expected. Demonstrable industry/domain experience in sectors like retail, government, or manufacturing is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital. Proficiency in delivery tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
