This senior role focuses on Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Finance. We seek an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Projects or PPM, including significant hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate possesses strong domain knowledge in project management and project financials, with a proven track record in implementing and supporting key PPM and Finance modules.

Key responsibilities include delivering Oracle Fusion PPM functional areas across implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. This involves configuring and supporting modules like Project Foundation, Project Costing, Billing, Control, and Contracts, alongside Finance modules (AP, GL). You will analyze requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM processes, and participate actively in workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

Further duties encompass preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and training materials. You'll support integrations with various modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM, etc.) and execute critical activities such as CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare. Validating cost collection, capitalization, burdening, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and project performance reporting are also essential. Proactive tracking of activities, risks, and issues, along with clear status updates and collaboration with cross-functional teams, are expected.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Projects or Project Portfolio Management is required, with substantial hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and Oracle Financials. Strong implementation or support experience in Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, and Project Contracts is essential.

We require a good understanding of the project lifecycle and project financial management concepts, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost collection, burdening, capitalization, billing, revenue recognition, and performance reporting. Experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle Projects or PPM implementations, including one Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation, is preferred. Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support is also vital.

Exposure to PPM integrations with Financials, Procurement, HCM, Time and Labor, Expenses, SCM, or EPM is advantageous. Client-facing delivery, documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication skills are important. Experience in project-centric sectors such as government, engineering and construction, professional services, energy, real estate, oil and gas, or power and utilities is a plus. Strong Oracle Fusion PPM functional, customer handling, and teamwork skills are necessary. The ability to manage work independently under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial. Good knowledge of project management, accounting, and financial control processes, coupled with effective communication and strong analytical/problem-solving skills, is expected. An awareness of AI applications in project portfolio management is also beneficial. A valid passport for business travel and willingness to work MENA shift timings (Sunday to Thursday) are mandatory.
