Conduct detailed fit-gap analyses, create functional design documents, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT). Proactively identify and mitigate system risks by evaluating functional and cross-functional dependencies, advocating for process enhancements based on industry best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation using established methodologies like AIM, OUM, TCM, or Agile, including functional specifications, payroll configuration workbooks, test plans, and user guides. Guide and support business users through prototypes, CRPs, SITs, UATs, and KUTs, preparing robust payroll test scripts, cycle test cases, and costing validation scenarios. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle Fusion Payroll and Human Resources, ensuring timely and effective client support. Uphold project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, serving as the primary functional consultant for stakeholder alignment. Continuously stay abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion Payroll and HCM features, functionalities, and industry best practices to deliver innovative client solutions. Contribute to proposal development and client presentations, and mentor junior consultants to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Possess core experience in Payroll and Human Resources, ideally with localization knowledge and a strong understanding of HR/payroll domain processes. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, working with ERP HR modules (EBS/Fusion), specifically in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor, with a focus on functional consulting for implementations and support. Successful track record of completing at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, or other leading ERP platforms is essential. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll, the Oracle HCM suite, and its integration capabilities with other Oracle applications. Experience leading teams from both onsite and offshore, managing deliveries independently, is crucial. Familiarity with payroll costing and integrations with manpower planning, attendance, time and labor, or downstream finance systems is beneficial. Proficiency in Oracle Reporting Tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher, along with experience in payroll reports, payroll flows, and integrations using HCM Extracts, is expected. Knowledge of configuration workbooks, Fast Formulas, Payroll Rules, payroll elements, balances, costing, payment methods, payroll processes, and payroll reporting is highly desirable. Prior consulting experience in a Big Four or similar environment is an asset. Experience in key industry sectors such as Retail, Government, Energy, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and Finance & Banking is advantageous.
