We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Program/Project Manager at the Manager level. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in leading comprehensive Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across various workstreams like ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM. A deep understanding of methodologies such as OUM, AIM, Agile, and hybrid delivery models is essential. You will take ownership of program governance, integrated planning, financial and resource management, RAID management, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support.

Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs, from initial mobilization through to hypercare and transition. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, meticulously tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources. Adapt and apply project methodologies like OUM, AIM, Agile, and Waterfall to suit project needs and client governance.

Establish robust program governance, including decision rights, escalation paths, and quality controls. Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution. Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials, highlighting project health, budget, and potential recovery plans.

Facilitate client workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and timely decisions. Effectively manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while safeguarding project outcomes and commercial agreements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional and technical workstreams, for seamless solution design, integration, data migration, testing, and change management. Ensure adherence to fit-to-standard principles, design governance, and quality assurance throughout the project. Manage detailed Microsoft Project plans, including baselining, dependencies, critical paths, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Oversee system integrators, vendors, and client stakeholders, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and service levels.

Possess a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to project or program management. Demonstrate a proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Gain expertise in at least one Oracle Fusion domain such as ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, Procurement, or Projects. Maintain a thorough understanding of OUM, AIM, TCM, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project lifecycles. Showcase experience in establishing governance, PMO controls, steering committees, stage gates, and change control processes.

Exhibit strong proficiency in managing scope, schedule, budget, effort forecasting, resource capacity, dependencies, critical paths, and milestone tracking. Master RAID logs, issue resolution, risk mitigation, decision logs, and change request management. Be adept at managing requirements, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, security, training, cutover, and hypercare.

Mandatory hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project is required, including creating and managing detailed schedules, baselines, dependencies, critical paths, and resource assignments. Generate schedule, milestone, resource, and cost reports directly from MPP, articulating schedule health and recovery actions to senior stakeholders.

Leverage strong client-facing skills for challenging discussions, negotiation, expectation management, and influencing senior stakeholders. Experience managing distributed teams and diverse stakeholders across various locations and time zones is essential. Project/program management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
