This role focuses on Oracle Fusion Finance, offering a senior consultant position for experienced professionals.

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in finance and accounting. A CA qualification is considered a significant advantage.

Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, rollout, and support projects. Independently configure, validate, and troubleshoot FAH, GL, AP, AR, FA, and Fusion Tax modules, providing effective solutions to complex functional challenges.

Design and implement FAH accounting transformation, including source system registration, transaction objects, and accounting rules. Analyze financial requirements and translate them into robust Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions. Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and demonstrations for stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides. Drive critical project phases such as CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare. Apply deep accounting knowledge to validate journals, reconcile subledgers, and ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements. Mentor junior consultants and manage project risks.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, is mandatory. Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting FAH, GL, AP, AR, FA, and Fusion Tax independently is essential.

Demonstrate strong experience in FAH accounting transformation, Subledger Accounting rules, and journal generation. A solid understanding of core finance and accounting concepts, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report cycles, is required.

Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations, with one being an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, is expected. Strong client interaction, documentation, analytical, and communication skills are vital. The role also requires a valid passport for business travel and a willingness to work MENA shift timings.
