We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS) Senior Consultant with extensive experience in areas like Reconciliation Compliance, high-volume Transaction Matching, and reconciliation governance. As an Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements. Key duties include conducting requirement gathering, designing reconciliation and transaction matching solutions, and configuring various ARCS modules such as Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.

You will also develop and support integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other systems, automate processes, and manage testing phases from CRP to hypercare. Preparing comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and training materials, is essential. Collaboration with finance, audit, and technical teams, along with mentoring junior consultants, will be integral to your role.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM, finance transformation, or account reconciliation, specifically with robust Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation expertise. At least two full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations, including one ARCS implementation, are required.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of balance-sheet reconciliation, reconciliation governance, risk-based workflows, and financial close controls. Hands-on experience with ARCS configurations, Transaction Matching for high-volume datasets, and integrations with ERP systems via Data Integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs is crucial. Experience supporting workshops, testing, cutover, and post-production support is expected. Industry experience in government, retail, energy, or financial services is a plus.
