EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Senior Consultant specializing in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS). As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in statutory and management consolidation, period-end close processes, multi-GAAP reporting, currency translation, and intercompany eliminations. You will also be involved in account reconciliation, reconciliation compliance, and high-volume reconciliation tasks. The position requires hands-on experience in solution design, application configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support, working under project leadership guidance.

This senior role involves end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS and ARCS implementations, rollouts, and enhancements. Key responsibilities include conducting requirement-gathering sessions, fit-to-standard analyses, and design discussions to translate business needs into scalable consolidation and close solutions. You will be responsible for configuring FCCS dimensions, metadata, application settings, and security, as well as ARCS solution architecture, including profiles, formats, rules, and workflow. This includes configuring consolidation methods, ownership structures, currency translation, intercompany matching, and developing optimization rules. You will also configure task management, close calendars, and build reports using Oracle Cloud EPM Reports and Smart View. Developing and supporting integrations with various ERP systems using tools like Data Integration and EPM Automate is crucial. The role also entails executing various project phases from CRP to hypercare, preparing project documentation, and collaborating with finance, audit, and technical teams while mentoring junior consultants.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of Oracle EPM experience, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS. A proven track record of at least two full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations, including one FCCS implementation, is required. Essential knowledge includes consolidation accounting, legal and management consolidation, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership, journals, cash flow, and multi-GAAP reporting. Hands-on experience with FCCS application configuration, configurable calculations, data loads, reconciliations, and performance troubleshooting is vital. Demonstrable ARCS experience, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching, is also necessary. Strong reporting skills with Oracle Cloud EPM Reports, Smart View, and dashboards are expected, alongside experience integrating FCCS with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or other source systems. Experience supporting workshops, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production support is highly valued. While preferred, industry experience in government, retail, energy, real estate, oil and gas, financial services, or power and utilities is a plus.
