Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategies, including designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, and Backend applications. Drive adoption of shift-left testing and quality engineering principles. Develop automated functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing solutions, while continuously improving test coverage and efficiency.

Lead CI/CD pipeline design and optimization using modern DevOps tools. Integrate automated testing into build and release pipelines, and spearhead Infrastructure-as-Code implementation. Enhance release reliability, deployment frequency, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with development, cloud, and operations teams. Support containerization initiatives with Docker and Kubernetes.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. You should possess 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Engineering Leadership role.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript is essential. Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, TestNG/JUnit, and mobile automation (Appium) is expected. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP is also crucial. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Git is required.
