We are currently looking for a Tech Consultant - Lead Full-Stack Engineer in Pune, India, to drive the design, development, and deployment of robust enterprise applications. As a Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will spearhead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on coding with backend technologies like Java/Spring Boot or .NET/.NET Core, alongside modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. You will also design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices, participate actively in solution architecture discussions, and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews. Mentoring junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps), and troubleshooting complex issues are integral to this role. You will also optimize applications for peak performance and reliability, and support CI/CD pipelines and production releases.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in full-stack application development and enterprise software engineering. Specifically, you should have 5+ years of experience with backend technologies including Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs. A strong foundation in modern frontend technologies like React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript is essential, with at least 4 years of experience. Additionally, 3+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD-based application delivery is required.
