NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Tech Consultant - Big Data Engineer to join our growing team in Pune, India. You'll also contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the big data landscape.

Candidates should possess strong proficiency in Java and/or Scala for big data applications and extensive experience with Apache Spark. Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Airflow, Dataproc, and BigQuery, is essential. A solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT principles, and data modeling is required. Proficiency in Python for data tasks, experience with relational databases like Oracle, and competency in Unix/Linux scripting are also key. Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control systems like Git is necessary. Experience in the financial services industry and with SDLC tooling like JIRA is a plus.
