We are currently looking for a skilled Tech Consultant specializing in AI & Machine Learning to contribute to our operations in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining scalable ML platforms and infrastructure, requiring strong expertise in platform engineering, microservices, and production ML model deployment.

Key responsibilities for this role include designing and developing robust ML platforms to support the entire ML lifecycle, from development and training to deployment. You will build and maintain scalable microservices-based architectures for ML applications, and develop/optimize model inference pipelines for both real-time and batch processing.

Furthermore, you will work extensively with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Collaboration with data scientists and engineers to productionize ML models is essential, alongside ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance. Implementing best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging within ML systems will also be a core part of your duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong, hands-on experience in Python and ML Platform/Engineering. A solid understanding of model inferencing and deployment strategies is required, along with proven experience in microservices architecture and platform development.

Proficiency in Docker, container technologies, and Kubernetes is essential. A good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures is also expected. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure ML, AKS, or related cloud services, along with familiarity with MLOps practices and tools, are considered highly preferred qualifications.
