Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for diverse enterprise use cases. Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) applications, utilizing both internal and external data sources. Implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Develop robust AI services, microservices, and REST APIs using Python. Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and context-management techniques to optimize AI performance. Create comprehensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation pipelines. Seamlessly integrate AI models with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows. Conduct thorough evaluations of model and LLM performance, focusing on accuracy, quality, latency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Deploy and manage AI solutions on major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, evaluation, and observability systems for production AI applications. Develop automated testing and CI/CD processes to ensure efficient deployment and maintenance of AI solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production AI/ML issues, driving continuous improvement in model and application performance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into practical and effective AI solutions. Actively participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and production release cycles.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering is required. Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python, machine learning frameworks, and production AI/ML development. Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in developing Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or other AI-enabled applications. Have 2+ years of experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
