Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions within enterprise PLM frameworks. Provide expert technical guidance for Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, integrations, and support initiatives. Develop custom solutions leveraging Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace, and BMIDE.

Drive the development of core PLM functionalities, including Product Structure, BOM, Change, and Document Management, alongside workflow automation. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. Spearhead integration efforts between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and CAD platforms.

A minimum of 8-15 years in PLM development is required, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically with Siemens Teamcenter. Demonstrated expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, Data Model, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow, Access Manager, and Organization Management is essential.

Proven experience with Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC customization, Active Workspace development, and administration is crucial. Familiarity with Teamcenter integrations using T4S, T4EA, REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware is expected. Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes is a must.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, JavaScript, and scripting languages like SQL, XML, Shell, and Python is required. Experience with Teamcenter versions TC11, TC12, TC13, TC14, and Active Workspace implementations is highly valued.
