Lead comprehensive Teamcenter migration initiatives from initial assessment and planning through design, execution, and post-migration support. Develop strategic plans for Teamcenter upgrades, system consolidations, legacy system transitions, and cloud transformations. Conduct thorough analyses of source PLM systems, including data models, business processes, and customizations, to create effective migration roadmaps. Oversee critical data migration tasks such as extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading for large-scale product data. Manage the migration of key data types including Items, Item Revisions, BOMs, Documents, CAD Data, Workflows, Change Objects, Datasets, and Classification data.

Foster strong collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, administrators, and technical teams to ensure the smooth and successful execution of migration projects.

A minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, and migration projects is essential. Demonstrated expertise in Teamcenter's Data Model, BMIDE, Workflow, Access Manager, Structure Manager, Classification, and Change Management modules is required. Hands-on experience with Teamcenter migration tools such as PLMXML, ITK, SOA, T4x, Data Exchange, Bulk Loader, or custom migration utilities is crucial. Experience migrating data from legacy PLM/PDM systems to Teamcenter is also vital.

A robust understanding of Product Structure, BOM Management, Document Management, CAD Data Management, and Engineering Change processes is expected. Proficiency with various Teamcenter versions, including TC10, TC11, TC12, TC13, TC14, or Active Workspace environments, is necessary.
