Define and lead enterprise PLM architecture, specializing in Siemens Teamcenter, to drive digital transformation and enhance product lifecycle management.

Architect scalable and integrated Teamcenter solutions that align with business, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory needs. Drive solution design across key Teamcenter modules like Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Workflow.

Lead architecture discussions, develop solution blueprints, ensure technical governance, and create implementation roadmaps for Teamcenter programs. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, functional consultants, development teams, and enterprise architects to deliver comprehensive end-to-end PLM solutions.

A minimum of 10 to 18 years of experience in PLM solutions, with over 7 years specifically dedicated to Siemens Teamcenter.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow, Access Manager, Product Structure, Classification, and Change Management. Possess hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK, SOA, REST Services, Active Workspace customization, and enterprise integrations.

Exhibit a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes, Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, and Digital Thread concepts. Prior experience in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, migration, consolidation, and cloud transformation programs is essential. Proficiency with Teamcenter integration frameworks such as T4S, T4EA, SAP integration, and middleware technologies is also required. Familiarity with Teamcenter versions TC11, TC12, TC13, TC14, and Active Workspace deployments is expected.
