Manage daily operations, overseeing a team of AI Data Validators and AI Validator Leads.

Monitor and report on weekly and monthly metrics, conducting process reviews with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.

Enhance productivity and process efficiency by standardizing processes, maintaining strong documentation, conducting analysis, and providing performance feedback.

Lead and implement process improvement initiatives, presenting proposed solutions for adoption in applicable operational areas.

Take ownership of team hiring, performance evaluation, and professional development through metrics, training, feedback, and ongoing coaching.

Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and delivering projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals under tight deadlines.

Background in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or a related field.

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.

Possess 4+ years of management experience, or a minimum of 2 years in people management.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects through effective prioritization, planning, and task delegation.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative work setting.

Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential.
