This position involves leading a team of 20-25 ML Data Associates, ensuring high-quality execution of multiple machine learning workflows. You will be instrumental in maintaining data quality, analyzing issues, and reporting key metrics to stakeholders, while also identifying and escalating risks as needed.

Analyze ML data and SIM issues, highlighting trends and gaps through comprehensive status reports. Proactively identify risks and manage escalations to the appropriate channels, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Meet established SLAs and task completion targets for specific customers. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to achieve business objectives.

Utilize data to set and refine operational goals, manage activities, and handle escalations. Present data-driven insights in business meetings and reviews.

Design and implement process improvements to boost team performance and participate in new workflow rollout projects.

Mentor direct reports on demonstrating leadership principles and assign challenging tasks for career development. Provide guidance on work prioritization, including straightforward objectives and ad hoc requests.

Bring 5 to 7 years of industry experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a team lead or people management capacity.
