We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to guide a team of 20-25 ML Data Associates. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring quality compliance for ML data workflows, and analyzing key metrics to identify trends and gaps.

Your leadership will be crucial in managing escalations, adhering to SLAs, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve business objectives. This position involves setting operational goals, managing activities based on data, and presenting performance insights in business reviews.

Lead and manage a team of 20-25 ML Data Associates, overseeing tasks for multiple ML workflows. Ensure the quality and compliance of ML data processes, analyzing data, issues, and metrics to report trends and gaps.

Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalations. Meet established SLAs and task completion targets. Collaborate with various teams to execute business goals using data-driven insights.

Handle escalations and complex tickets, analyzing data to report key metrics and present findings in business meetings. Design and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and participate in new workflow rollouts.

Coach direct reports on leadership principles, assigning challenging work for development. Provide guidance on work prioritization, handling both well-defined objectives and ad hoc requests. Develop and implement performance improvement plans, offering regular coaching and feedback.

This role requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of industry experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a team lead or people management capacity. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for quantitative areas such as science and engineering.

Proficiency with the Windows desktop environment and tools like Word, Excel, IE, and Firefox is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred qualifications include excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills, sound judgment in fast-paced environments, and the ability to lead by example.
