Lead a dedicated team of quality service associates as a Team Manager for Alexa Shopping. This role involves being the primary point of contact for planning and executing tests across various product components, ensuring timely delivery. You will oversee daily operations, generate comprehensive execution reports, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders. Performance reviews and ensuring productivity and quality targets are consistently met are key responsibilities. The Team Manager will also be instrumental in the performance management of all direct reports.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 15+ members, effectively allocating tasks, and overseeing test execution to meet schedules and SLAs. You will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams for task planning and delivery schedules, providing clear status reports and documentation. A critical aspect of the role is unblocking team members by facilitating collaboration with other internal teams such as HR and IT. This includes handling escalations, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. The role also requires collecting, tracking, and presenting project metrics related to deliverable quality and team effectiveness, alongside identifying process inefficiencies and influencing stakeholders for improvements. Regular one-on-one meetings will be conducted to provide performance feedback and guide career progression, with participation in hiring and onboarding new team members.

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of data formats like CSV, JSON, and Markdown, along with proficiency in Python and machine learning models. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams of 20, or in problem-solving and delivering results. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance engineering or a BS degree in a related field such as engineering, statistics, computer science, or business analytics is necessary. Proficiency in Excel for data refinement and business reporting is essential. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, are paramount. Experience in building strategic relationships with stakeholders, collaborating across teams, and prioritizing projects for on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment is also a key requirement.
