As a Workday Team Lead, you will provide L2/L3 support for Workday Core HCM, resolving production incidents and service requests within SLAs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to worker data and organizational structures, configuring core HCM modules, implementing enhancements via the Business Process Framework, and managing security policies. You will also support data management, audits, and bi-annual Workday releases, including impact analysis and testing.

We seek a professional with a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or Engineering, coupled with 2-5 years of Workday Core HCM experience in an AMS/Operate environment. Essential hands-on experience includes configuring key Workday modules, EIB, handling Workday releases, tenant migrations, and data validation. A Workday Pro Core HCM Certification is highly preferred.
