Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing Workday integration solutions, adhering to robust software development best practices. You will be responsible for documenting program code, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and translating functional specifications into detailed technical requirements. This role also involves debugging large code components with minimal assistance and supporting other engineers. A significant aspect of this position is contributing to a superior end-user experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and demonstrated experience managing HR technology across multiple platforms such as Darwinbox and ATS. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Boolean Search and Advanced Excel. Excellent communication abilities and a self-motivated attitude with a capacity for rapid learning through individual research and self-training are also crucial.
