As a Workday Team Lead, you will provide critical L2/L3 support for Core HCM, resolving production incidents and service requests within SLAs. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining essential HCM elements, managing worker data and organizational changes, and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues. You will also play a vital role in Workday releases, conducting impact analysis and regression testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering, and 2-5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM within an AMS/Operate environment. Proven hands-on experience with Core HCM configuration, Business Process Framework, security policies, and EIB is essential. Familiarity with Workday releases, tenant migration, and data validation processes is required. A Workday Pro Core HCM Certification is preferred.
