Provide L2/L3 support for Workday Core HCM, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to worker data, organizations, and lifecycle events. Configure and maintain core HCM elements like Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, and Job Profiles. Implement enhancements by configuring Business Process Framework, security policies, and notifications. Support mass data updates and organizational changes. Validate data and configuration changes before production deployment. Assist with Workday bi-annual releases through impact analysis, testing, and validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and validate downstream integrations. Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL processes. Participate in governance calls, provide status updates, and identify optimization opportunities. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge repositories.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Possess 2-5 years of Workday Core HCM experience in an AMS/Operate environment. Must have hands-on experience with configuring key Workday modules such as Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Positions, Locations, Companies, Cost Centers, Worker Lifecycle, Business Process Framework (BPF), Domain Security Policies, and Role-Based Security. Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday releases, tenant migration, regression testing, and data validation is essential.
