As a Team Lead, you will utilize your HR ERP functional expertise to build proficiency in Workday HCM through structured cross-training and hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include supporting configuration, testing, data validation, production support, and continuous improvement activities.

You will apply your knowledge of HR master data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle processes to understand and configure Workday equivalents. This involves participating in training, hands-on configuration, and analyzing HR business requirements to map them to Workday functionality. You'll also assist with Workday configuration, execute various testing cycles, support data loads, and validate data across systems. Collaboration with other HR functional teams and participation in incident reviews and planning sessions are essential, all while adhering to ITIL, Agile, and quality standards.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of hands-on functional experience with an HR ERP/HCM platform like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. While prior Workday experience is an advantage, it's not mandatory.

Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle, business workflows, and security within HR ERP/HCM systems. Experience in functional configuration, testing, data validation, production support, or enhancement delivery is crucial. A demonstrated ability and willingness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM is a must. Relevant HR ERP/HCM certification is preferred.
