As a Team Lead, you will build Workday HCM expertise through structured cross-training, applying your HR ERP functional knowledge to employee data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle processes. Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in Workday Core HCM cross-training, guided configuration, and knowledge transfer. - Assisting with Workday Core HCM configuration and support for various modules and business processes. - Executing and documenting testing (unit, regression, smoke) and supporting defect resolution. - Validating and supporting data loads and mass updates using EIB. - Collaborating with HR functional teams to understand end-to-end process dependencies and support issue triage. - Engaging in client discussions, demonstrating a strong learning mindset, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. You should possess 2-5 years of functional experience with an HR ERP/HCM platform such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle processes, and business workflows is essential.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM is crucial. Experience in functional configuration, testing, data validation, issue analysis, or production support within an HR ERP/HCM environment is required. Relevant HR ERP/HCM certification is preferred. Strong analytical, learning, client-facing, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary to translate your existing HR ERP knowledge into Workday capabilities.
