As a Workday Team Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting the technical aspects of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Your responsibilities will include assisting with technical configurations, integrations, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Key duties involve providing L2/L3 production support for Workday Core HCM, resolving incidents within SLA, and analyzing issues related to worker data, organizations, and lifecycle events. You will configure and maintain core HCM elements, implement enhancement requests using the Business Process Framework, and manage security configurations. Additionally, you will support bi-annual Workday releases, conduct data validation, support audit requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM within an AMS/Operate environment is required.

Essential experience includes hands-on configuration of key Workday modules such as Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Positions, Locations, Companies, Cost Centers, and Worker Lifecycle. Proficiency in Business Process Framework (BPF), Domain Security Policies, and Role-Based Security is crucial. Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday releases, tenant migration, regression testing, and data validation is also necessary. A Workday Pro Core HCM Certification is highly preferred.
