As a Workday Team Lead, you will provide L2/L3 production support for Core HCM, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues related to worker data, organizational structures, and lifecycle events. You'll also configure and maintain various Workday modules like Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, and Business Process Framework.

Further responsibilities involve supporting Workday bi-annual releases through impact analysis and testing, managing data validation, and performing tenant migrations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, etc.) is essential to resolve integrated issues. You will also maintain essential documentation and contribute to process improvements.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering, coupled with 2-5 years of Workday Core HCM experience in an AMS environment. Proven hands-on experience with configuring critical Workday components and supporting releases is mandatory.

Essential skills include proficiency in EIB, tenant migration, regression testing, and data validation. A Workday Pro Core HCM Certification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Workday's security framework and various management processes like ITIL is also beneficial.
