- Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu Server, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Execute OS patching, kernel updates, security hardening, and performance optimization. - Manage LVM, file systems, RAID, and storage integrations effectively. - Implement and support Linux clustering technologies such as Pacemaker/Corosync, HAProxy, and Keepalived. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell/Bash and Ansible to streamline tasks. - Manage network configurations, implement security best practices, and support authentication services. - Monitor system health, troubleshoot L2/L3 escalations, and perform root-cause analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain comprehensive documentation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration. - Proven hands-on experience with clustering and High Availability (HA) implementations in production environments. - Proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting and familiarity with Ansible automation. - Strong understanding of Linux internals, including processes, memory, storage, networking, and kernel troubleshooting. - Experience with LVM, various file systems, permissions, SELinux, systemd, and performance analysis tools. - Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, OS, networking, and storage issues. - Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM) and basic cloud concepts is advantageous. - Familiarity with ITIL practices is preferred. - Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, or LFCE are a plus, as is experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
