Seeking a skilled Team Lead with expertise in SAP FICO to join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation.

The Enterprise Technology & Performance team focuses on more than just maintaining systems; it acts as the engine for functional excellence and a key enabler of long-term growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include analyzing client business processes to gather requirements and design SAP solutions, configuring essential modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. You will also be responsible for performing unit and integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). This role also involves resolving system incidents, optimizing financial processes, and providing continuous improvement or L2/L3 support.

Further duties include documenting configuration changes, creating business process procedures (BPPs), and conducting end-user training.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in the SAP FICO module, with a strong understanding of transactional navigation and configuration in functional areas like OTC, PTP, and FI. Expertise in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party) is essential. Experience with SAP ECC environments is also required.

Educational qualifications include a BA or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a prerequisite for this role.
