Establish and maintain robust programme governance structures, including reporting cadence, dashboards, and RAID logs. Prepare insightful executive-level reports to track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Manage resource capacity versus demand planning across various workstreams, maintaining allocation trackers and utilization reports. Proactively identify skill gaps and potential capacity risks.

Collaborate closely with programme leads, workstream owners, and client stakeholders, facilitating governance forums and steering meetings. Support financial and commercial tracking, including budget analysis and effort against plan.

Crucially, maintain and track RAID logs, proactively identifying delivery and resourcing risks, and escalating issues with data-backed recommendations.

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience in PMO or programme support roles, with a strong background in supporting large-scale transformation or technology programmes. Essential certifications include Certified Scrum Master and PMP.

Proficiency in resource planning and allocation management, coupled with strong experience in reporting and governance, is vital. Client-facing experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity are also required.

Flexibility to work in overlapping or global shift timings is expected. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is necessary, alongside strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for effective reporting and stakeholder management.
