Establish and manage robust programme governance structures, including cadence, dashboards, and RAID logs. Prepare insightful executive-level reporting packs and meticulously track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Support capacity versus demand planning, maintain resource allocation trackers, and ensure adherence to delivery frameworks. Coordinate with resourcing teams, identify skill gaps, and proactively flag capacity risks.

Effectively manage stakeholders, facilitate governance forums, and ensure alignment between delivery, staffing, and commercial targets. Assist with budget tracking, burn-rate analysis, and effort tracking against plans. Maintain RAID logs and escalate issues with data-backed insights.

Possess 5-8 years of experience in PMO or programme support roles, ideally supporting large-scale transformation or technology programmes. Demonstrated exposure to resource planning and allocation management, coupled with strong reporting and governance management experience. Client-facing experience is essential.

Required certifications include Certified Scrum Master and PMP. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is expected, with experience in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity being advantageous. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Commercial awareness and utilization understanding are also key. Flexibility to work in overlapping/global shift timings is required.
