Join our dynamic Engineering team as a Team Lead specializing in Data Center Virtualization. Key responsibilities include deploying and configuring hypervisors and virtualization clusters, along with installing and managing VMware/Nutanix environments. You will be responsible for provisioning VMs, templates, networks, and storage, as well as performing OS installations and patching for Linux and Windows systems. Additionally, you will support backup, restore, and DR drills, execute L2 troubleshooting, and resolve incidents.

Further duties involve supporting cloud migrations, workload onboarding, and maintaining essential documentation, SOPs, and runbooks to ensure operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate possesses strong foundational knowledge in Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), Storage (SAN/NAS/HCI), and Networking basics (VLAN, routing, firewall concepts). Proficiency in Linux/Windows OS administration and basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) is essential. Familiarity with backup tools like Veeam or Commvault is required.

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure/virtualization and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Private Cloud/SDDC. Exposure to containers, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is a significant plus. Relevant certifications such as VCP, Nutanix NCA, or RHCSA are highly desirable.
