Lead Darwinbox implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for clients. Act as the main liaison with clients, managing expectations and providing clear project progress updates.

Oversee the gathering and analysis of HR requirements, transforming them into detailed system specifications for successful implementations. Possess strong expertise in Darwinbox system implementation and support, ideally with global experience. Manage complex and high-volume HR operations efficiently, optimizing workflows.

Drive innovative process improvements and strategic plan execution. Configure and test integrations between Darwinbox and third-party solutions, ensuring seamless system interoperability. Recommend optimal people practices aligned with client business objectives and support the product implementation team for successful 'go-live'.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of experience in Darwinbox implementation or support.

Demonstrate proven ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business representatives. Showcase a strong capacity to understand client pain points and propose insightful solutions.
