This role is part of EY GDS's Transformation Delivery (TD) practice. You will help clients achieve successful business transformations by bridging strategy and execution. We seek individuals adept at understanding technology's role in large-scale transformations and experienced in integrating technology and business processes for value-driven solutions. These solutions encompass demand intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, financial management, execution, schedule management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, KPI definition, performance reporting, and data analytics through dashboards.

Key responsibilities include developing transformation roadmaps, defining Agile organizational structures, and establishing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at portfolio, ART, and team levels.

You will create Agile maturity assessments and guidelines, and develop frameworks to support teams effectively. Analyzing and optimizing value streams for enhanced flow and customer value delivery is crucial. Developing effective Agile training materials and programs for various roles, and facilitating Program level Agile ceremonies using virtual collaboration tools in remote or hybrid settings are key duties.

Analyze portfolio and team Agile metrics to gauge progress and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate strategic retrospectives and collaborative problem-solving sessions. Cultivate trust, influence, and motivate teams to foster autonomy. Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with evolving Agile practices and tools is essential.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Agile transformation and delivery is required.

Demonstrate experience working with Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector clients, including expertise in areas like Cards, Payments, Commercial Banking, Core Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Regulatory, and Wealth and Asset Management (WAM).

Proven experience in leading large Enterprise Agile transformation programs and the ability to align transformation initiatives with business goals are essential. Proficiency in widely used Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is mandatory, alongside knowledge and experience in LEAN Agile and DevOps approaches.

You must possess leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct large-scale training sessions. Experience coaching leaders on Agile transformations and guiding Scrum Masters and Product Owners on Agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working is expected. Coach Agile teams by assessing current agility maturity and supporting their continuous improvement efforts.

Expertise in ART launch ceremonies, value stream identification, analysis, and mapping is required. Experience in setting up Communities of Practice (CoPs) for Agile roles is also necessary. Hands-on experience as an administrator or advanced-level user of Agile project management tools like Jira, ADO, Rally, or Trello is a must.

Possession of one or more industry certifications such as ICP-ACC or SPC is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and MS Server is required. Flexibility to work across US and UK time zones is a condition of this role.
