As a Scrum Master and JIRA Expert, you will guide and coach the Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices for high-quality product delivery. Your role involves fostering a high-performing team environment by identifying strengths and areas for development, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and promoting self-organization and effective communication. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders to drive decisions, resolve team impediments, and contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization. Facilitating all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) is a key part of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5-8 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies. Expertise in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including knowledge of Cards, Payments, and Investment Banking, is essential. Demonstrated experience in Agile project delivery, scaled Agile frameworks, and portfolio management using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is required. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong stakeholder management, and a good understanding of the IT landscape of financial institutions are crucial. Relevant industry certifications (PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, CSPO) are highly desirable. Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator or Consultant, with a deep understanding of JIRA's architecture, configuration, and administration, is mandatory. Experience with JIRA integrations and automation tools is a significant plus.
