As an Agile Manager within EY GDS TD FS, you will craft transformation roadmaps, design Agile organizational structures, and establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at portfolio, Agile Release Train (ART), and team levels. You will develop Agile maturity assessments and frameworks to support teams, analyze and optimize value streams for enhanced flow and customer value delivery, and create effective Agile training materials and programs.

Facilitate Program-level Agile ceremonies using virtual collaboration tools in remote or hybrid settings. Analyze portfolio and team Agile metrics to monitor progress and guide continuous improvement. Lead strategic retrospectives and collaborative problem-solving sessions, fostering trust, influencing, and motivating teams towards autonomy.

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with evolving Agile practices and tools.

We seek individuals with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Agile transformation and delivery, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including knowledge of Cards, Payments, Commercial Banking, Core Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Regulatory, and Wealth and Asset Management (WAM), is essential.

Proven experience in leading large Enterprise Agile transformation programs and aligning initiatives with business goals is required. Expertise in widely adopted Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is crucial, alongside knowledge and experience in LEAN Agile and DevOps approaches. Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills are necessary, including the ability to conduct large-scale training sessions and coach leaders on Agile transformations.

Provide coaching to Scrum Masters and Product Owners on Agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working. Assess and support agile teams in continuous improvement by evaluating their current agility maturity. You will be an expert in ART launch ceremonies, value stream identification, analysis, and mapping, and experienced in establishing Communities of Practice (CoPs) for Agile roles.

Hands-on experience as an administrator or advanced user of Agile project management tools like Jira, ADO, Rally, or Trello is a must. Relevant industry certifications such as ICP-ACC or SPC are highly beneficial. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and MS Server is required. Flexibility to work across US and UK time zones is expected.
