As an Agile Manager within EY GDS TD FS, you will craft transformation roadmaps and Agile organizational structures, establishing OKRs at portfolio, ART, and team levels. You'll develop agile maturity assessments, guidelines, and frameworks to support teams effectively.

Key duties include analyzing and optimizing value streams for enhanced flow and customer value delivery, creating engaging Agile training materials, and facilitating program-level Agile ceremonies using virtual collaboration tools in remote or hybrid settings. You will analyze portfolio and team Agile metrics to track progress and guide continuous improvement, alongside facilitating strategic retrospectives and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

We seek a Bachelor's or Master's degree holder with 8-10 years of experience in Agile transformation and delivery, ideally within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Expertise in leading large-scale Enterprise Agile transformation programs and aligning initiatives with business goals is essential.

Proficiency in widely adopted Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is required, along with knowledge of Lean Agile and DevOps. You must possess strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, including experience conducting large-group trainings and coaching leaders and Scrum Masters on Agile principles.

Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, ADO, Rally, or Trello is crucial. Industry certifications like ICP-ACC or SPC are advantageous. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Server is expected. Flexibility to work across US and UK time zones is also a requirement.
