This role focuses on delivering innovative solutions within the Wealth or Asset Management industry, specifically in fund accounting. As a Business Analyst, you will manage and deliver innovative client solutions. This involves liaising with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will be responsible for: - Understanding client requirements and translating them effectively for the team. - Relating high-level business needs to specific package capabilities. - Reviewing client processes and workflows to recommend improvements for maximum benefit. - Demonstrating strong leadership and excellent client-facing abilities.

Ideal candidates will possess: - Experience in Wealth or Asset Management, with a focus on portfolio or fund accounting. - Deep knowledge of various asset classes (fixed income, equity, derivatives) across front, middle, and back offices, for both buy and sell sides. - Exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control, operations, and portfolio administration. - A solid understanding of data models and application/business architecture. - Qualifications such as MBA, CA, CFA, MCA, BE, or B.Tech, coupled with 4 to 9 years of relevant experience.
