Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI and Tableau. Automate business processes and build custom applications using Power Automate and PowerApps. Configure and manage JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and reporting. Set up and administer Project Online configurations. Collaborate closely with business users to define requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure the accuracy, performance, and user-friendliness of all delivered solutions. Provide comprehensive support and training to end-users on Power Platform tools.

Possess hands-on expertise with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Demonstrate strong experience in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices. Exhibit proficiency in configuring and customizing JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO). Have prior experience with Project Online configuration and administration. Maintain a solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact directly with project stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution presentation. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
