As a Transformation Delivery Staff, you will design and establish Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and Project Portfolio Management solutions for complex programs. You'll partner with engagement leadership to define core processes and support delivery teams in planning, controlling, and executing these initiatives. Collaborating with our Technology Solutions team, you will creatively utilize technology to enhance process efficiency and support overall solution design.

Key contributions will involve conducting assessments, designing processes, developing and executing roadmaps, setting up and running PMOs, creating sustainable templates, and developing dashboards and automations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BCA) with 0-5 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience. We are looking for candidates with approximately 6+ years of experience in large-scale complex programs, specializing in areas like PMO/EPMO design and delivery, program roadmapping, resource management, or full-spectrum portfolio management implementation. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to work across US and UK time zones.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required. Familiarity with project and portfolio management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, SAFe, DevOps) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project Online, Jira) is necessary. Beneficial qualifications include PPM certifications such as PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master, or SAFe. An MBA or relevant graduate degree, understanding of Agile concepts, and sector-specific experience are considered advantageous.
