As a Transformation Design and Execution Senior, you will collaborate with clients to establish Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or Project Portfolio Management solutions. You will apply proven EY frameworks and methodologies, adhering to global standards, to manage high-profile, complex programs.

Partner with engagement leadership to design and implement core processes, supporting delivery teams in planning, controlling, and executing intricate programs and transformation initiatives. This role offers valuable insights and drives strategic discussions with key stakeholders. You will also work closely with our Technology Solutions team to creatively integrate technology into process design, supporting overall solution delivery.

Key contributions include: Assessments and Process Design, Roadmap Development and Execution, PMO Setup & Operations, Developing Sustainable Templates and Processes, and creating Dashboards and Automations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BCA) with 6-9 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience. A minimum of 6 years in large-scale complex programs, with consulting experience in PMO/EPMO design, program road-mapping, resource management, or program execution is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in PMO maturity assessments, PMO setup and operations, Transformation Office design, value realization, and end-to-end portfolio management implementation is required. Familiarity with end-to-end ERP implementation and excellent oral/written communication skills are also necessary.

Flexibility to work across US and UK time zones is a must. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and knowledge of project and portfolio management (PPM) methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, SAFe, DevOps) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project Online, Jira, Power BI) are expected. PPM certifications like PMI, Prince2, or Scrum Master are beneficial.
