Our Transformation Delivery practice is seeking a Senior Consultant passionate about complex business, technology, and infrastructure transformations. Become a specialist in this dynamic field within our TD&E team.

As a Senior Consultant, you will design and establish Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or Project Portfolio Management solutions for complex, high-profile programs, utilizing EY's proven frameworks and global standards. You'll collaborate with engagement leadership to define core processes, support delivery teams in planning, control, and execution, and drive strategic conversations with key stakeholders. Partnering with the Technology Solutions team, you'll leverage technology to enhance process design and deliver innovative solutions. Key deliverables include assessments, roadmap development, PMO setup, sustainable templates, process automation, and dashboard creation.

We seek individuals with a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BCA) and 6-9 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience. Approximately 6+ years of experience is required in areas such as PMO/EPMO design and delivery, program road-mapping, resource management, PMO maturity assessment, Transformation Office setup, value realization, or end-to-end portfolio management implementation. Essential skills include strong communication, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with PPM methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, SAFe, DevOps) and tools like Azure DevOps, MS Project Online, Jira, or Power BI is crucial. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, and an MBA or relevant graduate degree is advantageous.
