As a Senior Consultant in Transformation Delivery, you will design and establish Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and Project Portfolio Management solutions. You'll manage high-profile, complex programs using proven EY frameworks and methodologies. Partner with engagement leadership to shape core processes and support delivery teams in planning, controlling, and executing programs. You will gain valuable insights and drive strategic discussions with key stakeholders, collaborating closely with our Technology Solutions team to integrate technology into our solutions.

Key deliverables include assessments, process design, roadmap development and execution, PMO setup and operation, sustainable templates and processes, and the development of dashboards and automations.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/MCA) and 6-9 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience. Approximately 6+ years of experience is required in large-scale complex programs, focusing on PMO/EPMO design and delivery, program road-mapping, resource management, program execution, PMO maturity assessment, transformation office design, value/benefit realization, end-to-end portfolio management implementation, or ERP implementation.

Essential skills include excellent communication and presentation abilities, flexibility to work across US and UK time zones, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) methodologies and tools. PPM certifications such as PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe are advantageous.
