As a Transformation Delivery Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing and establishing Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. You'll manage high-profile, complex programs using proven EY frameworks and industry-recognized standards.

Your role involves partnering with engagement leadership to craft core processes and support delivery teams in planning, controlling, and executing large-scale programs. You will gain valuable insights and drive strategic discussions with key stakeholders, collaborating closely with our Technology Solutions team to creatively leverage technology in solution designs. Key deliverables include assessments, process design, roadmap development, PMO setup, sustainable templates, and automated dashboards.

To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor's degree (BE, B.Tech, or MCA) with 6-9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience. Approximately 6+ years of experience in large-scale complex programs is required, with expertise in areas like PMO/EPMO design and delivery, program road-mapping, resource management, or end-to-end portfolio management.

We seek candidates with excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work in US and UK time zones, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of PPM methodologies and tools are essential. While not mandatory, PPM certifications like PMI, Prince2, or Scrum Master are beneficial. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus, as is experience with Agile concepts and various sector specializations.
