Lead and establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Program Management Offices (PMO), or Project Portfolio Management business processes and solutions for high-profile complex programs. Partner with engagement leadership to design core processes, supporting delivery teams in planning, controlling, and executing programs. Leverage technology solutions to enhance process design and deliver assessments, capability roadmaps, and PMO setup & operations.

Drive strategic conversations with stakeholders, foster an innovative and inclusive team environment, and play an active role in mentoring junior consultants. Cultivate business development opportunities, understand EY's service lines, and present ways to serve clients. Support planning activities for large programs, track key milestones, and develop reports with relevant client insights.

A Bachelor's degree (BE, B. Tech, or BCA) with 8-10 years of experience, or a postgraduate degree with 7 years of experience, is required. Approximately 6+ years of experience in large-scale complex programs is needed, with expertise in PMO/EPMO setup and delivery, program road-mapping, resource management, execution, PMO maturity assessments, Transformation Office setup, value realization, end-to-end portfolio management, or ERP implementation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to work across US and UK time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as MS Project, Clarity PPM, or Primavera is necessary. An MBA or relevant graduate degree, understanding of Agile concepts, business analysis skills, knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps, and sector experience are considered advantageous.
