This role involves understanding intricate business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. You will act as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving organizational transformation through expert analysis and strategic planning. Your analytical prowess will be key in navigating complex business challenges and defining impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities include translating customer needs into user stories and requirement documents, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, and supporting organizational transformation goals. You will analyze and propose methodologies, articulate complex concepts to non-technical users, and prepare essential project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and SRS. Defining scope and objectives, managing stakeholders, and leading elicitation sessions are also critical. You will contribute to Agile teams, identify and bridge gaps between requirements and product functionality, and engage in pre-sales activities to ensure proposed solutions align with business value and KPIs. Experience in program/project management and ensuring successful solution platform adoption is essential.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and an MBA, with 5-12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong business analysis, BPM, gap analysis, requirement gathering, and developing functional specifications. Proficiency in stakeholder management, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and SDLC is required. A strong understanding of business case writing and process modeling is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to facilitate workshops are expected. Experience with program and project management life cycles is mandatory. Flexibility to work across different time zones is also a requirement.
