This role focuses on serving as a Senior Business Analyst, requiring a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into actionable requirements. The position involves collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities include translating complex business requirements into detailed user stories and documentation. You will act as a crucial liaison between business clients and technical teams, analyzing business challenges and proposing solutions aligned with organizational transformation goals. The role demands a keen eye for detail, a natural analytical aptitude, and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Prepare comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and User Stories. Develop business cases and process models, demonstrating strong expertise in BPM. You will also manage stakeholder relationships effectively, lead requirements elicitation sessions, and identify gaps between business needs and product functionalities. Collaboration within Agile scrum teams is essential, supporting Product Owners in prioritization. Engage in pre-sales activities to understand business drivers and ensure proposed solutions deliver measurable value. Experience in program/project management and a strong presence in front of senior executives are expected.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 12 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in relevant business analysis roles. A Bachelor's degree coupled with an MBA is a mandatory educational requirement. A Business Analyst certification is preferred.

Technical proficiencies include Business Analysis, BPM, Gap Analysis, and preparing various requirement documents (URD/BRD, Functional Specifications). Familiarity with SIT, UAT, implementation, and transition to BAU processes is necessary. Experience with Program and Project Management Life Cycles (Waterfall and Agile) is essential. Good-to-have technical skills encompass ERP, Integration platforms, SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office365 suite, and MS Project. Flexibility to work across US and APAC time zones is also required.
