As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in understanding and documenting customer business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and business requirement documents. You will serve as a key liaison between business clients and technical teams, guiding the analysis of complex business problems and supporting organizational transformation goals.

Your role involves analyzing current and future state operations, defining business values, and driving solutions that meet transformation objectives. You will provide input on methodologies, prepare essential documentation like BRDs, FRDs, and SRS, and demonstrate strong knowledge in business case writing and Business Process Management (BPM).

Key responsibilities include defining scope and objectives, managing stakeholders effectively, leading requirements elicitation sessions, and identifying gaps between requirements and product functionalities. You'll be part of Agile teams, contribute to sprint prioritization, and work with senior management. Engaging in pre-sales activities to understand business drivers and help execute strategy by identifying the best mix of technologies and platforms are also crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring successful solution platform adoption and having experience in program/project management are essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree along with an MBA. We are looking for candidates with 5 to 12 years of overall experience, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A Business Analyst certification is preferred.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in Business Analysis, BPM, Gap Analysis, preparation of URD/BRD, FRD, Functional Specification, SIT, UAT, and Implementation. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is crucial, as is familiarity with SDLC. Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office 365 suite, MS Project, and MS Visio is required.

Additional desirable skills include experience with ERP systems, integration platforms, and tools like MS Dynamics and DevOps. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to accommodate US and multiple APAC time zones. Experience in program/project management is also a key requirement. For specific roles, experience within regulated Life Sciences environments, understanding of GxP principles, or specific platform experience like Veeva, SAP, or data platforms may be advantageous.
