Spearhead iterative technology development with cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to Scrum principles. Coach teams on best practices to enhance Agile maturity and facilitate key Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with product owners to align technology outcomes with business goals, proactively remove project roadblocks, and manage stakeholder expectations transparently regarding scope, schedule, and budget. Assist teams in estimating deliverables, increasing velocity, and maintaining prioritized backlogs to adapt to evolving business needs. Act as an Agile champion, mentor, and thought leader, contributing to special projects to advance organizational agility.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 5 years in Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, or technical leadership within software development. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential. Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, coupled with a deep understanding of Agile principles, is critical. Proficiency in Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps, along with hands-on experience in coding and technical concepts including Java, Angular, Node.js, POSTMAN, CUCUMBER, AWS, and SQL queries, is necessary. Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo), TDD/BDD, and monitoring tools (Splunk, Honeycomb) is expected. Programming experience in Python and TypeScript is also required. Experience with Genesis and certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, CSM, PSM, or SAFe are preferred.
